Pornography: Oppressive or Liberating?

So many of our conversations about pornography frame it as either oppressive towards women or a potential source of sexual liberation. This talk contextualizes feminist debates about pornography in ways that attempt to move beyond the binary. We’ll talk about the politics of sexual representation, and how those politics may look different across the intersections of gender, race, disability, and sexuality. We’ll close the discussion by asking: What does feminist porn look like?
